Position Summary We are seeking a Part-Time Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing therapy team. This role provides individualized speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy services to patients in their homes, helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and/or swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs and goals Provide skilled intervention and therapeutic activities to improve functional communication and safety Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient progress in accordance with company and regulatory standards Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals, strategies, and home programs Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care Maintain compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program (required) Active Kansas SLP license through the Kansas Board of Healing Arts (KSBHA) (required) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Schedule Full Time Flexible scheduling Benefits Flexible scheduling and manageable caseloads Supportive, team-oriented work culture Opportunities for professional development and continuing education Meaningful work that directly impacts patients' daily lives Work Location In the field — home health visits throughout the Kansas City, KS area How to Apply Join a team that helps others thrive—and grow your career while doing it Send your resume to: melissae@thrivetherapyofkansas.com
