Overview We are seeking a dedicated PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and deliver exceptional speech therapy services. This flexible, part-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders across pediatric populations, including early intervention settings. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing needs Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and medical history Provide evidence-based speech therapy interventions for pediatric patients, including those in early intervention programs Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress Document patient progress accurately in compliance with healthcare standards and regulations Educate patients and families on exercises, strategies, and techniques to improve communication skills and swallowing safety Maintain up-to-date knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to speech therapy Qualifications Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to speech and swallowing disorders Experience with patient assessment and developing effective treatment plans Familiarity with early intervention practices for infants and young children Excellent communication skills for working with diverse patient populations and interdisciplinary teams Ability to adapt therapy techniques based on individual patient needs Join us in delivering vital speech therapy services that empower patients to communicate confidently and improve their quality of life!
