Speech Therapist Salary:
$75,000 - $84,375 annuallyJob Type:
Full-Time Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based evaluations and therapeutic interventions to individuals experiencing speech, language, voice, and fluency challenges. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders and improve overall quality of life.Minimum Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active licensure with the Kentucky Board of Licensure forSpeech-Language Pathology and Audiology Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation Perform additional duties as outlined in the full job descriptionPreferred Qualifications:
Experience or strong interest in working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disordersSkills & Competencies:
