Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact supporting students in a welcoming school environment as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Your expertise will be invaluable working with elementary, middle, and high school students, helping them to develop essential communication skills that foster academic and social success. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active and valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure for Kentucky Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred Comfortable working with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assess students' speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement tailored speech therapy plans for students of varying ages Work with teachers, staff, and families to support students' IEP goals Provide group and individual therapy sessions within classroom or resource settings Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decisions for student support This role offers an opportunity to experience the collaborative and dynamic environment of school-based practice, bringing positive change to students at critical developmental stages.
