The assignment is travel-based, located in the Prestonsburg, KY area, with a primary work location within an established 340-bed medical center approximately 75 miles from Prestonsburg.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology evaluations and treatments to patients in a hospital setting Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support patient care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Epic charting system Adapt to fluctuating workloads and manage change professionally and efficiently Adhere to facility standards, including wearing designated navy blue scrubs

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid and current Speech Language Pathologist licensure Experience working in hospital or acute care therapy environments preferred Proficient in Epic electronic health records for charting and documentation Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team

Schedule and Contract Details:
