Job Description

Overview:
Glory Rehab Services is currently seeking to add a part-time Speech Therapist - SLP for home health in our Lafayette Branch. Coverage area will include Lafayette, Louisiana and its surrounding areas. 1099 FLEXIBLE
SCHEDULE!
Rates range from $60.00 - $85.00 depending on COTA use
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor/Masters of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology. 2. Current license/certification in the state of practice.
