A great school in the Metairie, LA area is interviewing Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. Previous experience working with children is desired, but not required for this school-based job. School Year Responsibilities:
  • Provide evaluations, assessments and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing and language impairments.
  • Provide appropriate individualized programs of intervention to meet individual students' needs in the areas of communication, language development, articulation and social communication.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other school staff to implement interventions.
  • Work in a K-12 school setting with different age groups.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Louisiana SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CF candidates encouraged to apply)
