Required Qualifications:
Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license or certification in Massachusetts Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads, preferably within K-12 settings Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Passion for supporting students with diverse needs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teamsKey Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers and other specialists Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements Engage in parent/guardian meetings and support educational staff with strategies for language development Adapt therapy approaches to meet varied learning styles and cultural backgrounds Enjoy a regular Monday to Friday schedule, working 37.5 hours each week, making a meaningful impact while enjoying work-life balance.
