Minimum Requirements Education and License A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA). 1-3 years of directly related clinical experience in pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders is required. Strong clinical fellows may be considered. A current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist. Ability to work collaboratively with inter-professional teams in a fast-paced medical environment. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Commitment to professional education. Effective oral and written communication skills. Dedication to equity, diversity, and inclusion, and educating future leaders in the profession.
