Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract opportunity offers you the flexibility to choose full or part-time hours while working onsite with an engaged student caseload. Qualifications & Experience:
Current Massachusetts SLP License required Experience in K-8 educational settings is highly valued Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and fellow educators Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans Comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse school environment New graduates with clinical practicum in schools are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-8 students Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress Deliver direct therapy services, both group and one-on-one, per student needs Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to maximize student success Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings Stay current with best practices and legal requirements in school-based speech therapy Enjoy a range of valuable benefits, including competitive weekly pay, health, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
