Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract An immediate full-time or part-time position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students within a school setting in Cambridge, MA. The contract runs through June 30, 2026, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners' communication development. This role requires an active Massachusetts SLP license and school-based experience. Candidates must hold their ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be current Clinical Fellows (CF). Please note that Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are not eligible for this position. Due to the nature of the caseloads, onsite presence is mandatory.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments Writing detailed reports and developing individualized education programs (IEPs) Delivering direct speech-language services to an elementary caseload Collaborating closely with teachers and consulting with parents Establishing goals and documenting progress to ensure student success Employment details: Full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) options available One opening available Start date: ASAP Contract end date: June 30, 2026 Onsite work required due to caseload demands Applicants must be prepared to undergo a CORI background check and fingerprinting as part of compliance standards.
