Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
Current SLP licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required, or in progress for new graduates. Experience working in a school setting is highly preferred (3+ years valued). Ability to supervise SLPAs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) considered a plus. Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly desirable to serve multilingual students and families. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills suitable for supporting students across elementary to high school levels.
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students in individual and group settings. Conduct comprehensive assessments, document findings, and assist in the development of individualized education plans (IEPs). Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress. Provide mentorship and supervision for SLPAs and CFYs when applicable. Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school policies and regulations. Participate actively in meetings, in-services, and professional development opportunities.
