Aug 24, 2026 Job Description Speech-Language Pathologist - One Year Contract to cover a maternity leave for the entire 2026-2027 school year. New teacher orientation will be August 24 & 25, 2026. First day of work for teachers will be August 28, 2026 The Green Meadow Elementary School is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech and language services to students in Preschool through Grade 3. The SLP supports students' communication development to promote access to academic curriculum, social participation, and functional communication skills within the school environment. Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students referred through the special education process. Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as well as write IEPs for initials and annuals. Work collaboratively with general education teachers, special educators, related service providers, and families. Support students with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, and language-based learning needs as well as familiarity with AAC systems required.
