Job Description

School Speech Language Pathologist position for 16 hours per week in Byfield, Massachusetts. Provide speech and language therapy to students in grades 3-6, developing individualized plans for a caseload of 20-30 students. The role supports student progress through collaboration with teachers, parents, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in grades 3-6 Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for a caseload of 20-30 students Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student success
Qualifications:
MA SLP License Valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License Minimum 1 year of experience in a school setting with a caseload of 20-30 students Flexibility to work part-time, schedule from 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM twice a week, strong communication skills, background check clearance
