We are seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical-Fellow who is looking for strong mentorship, clinical support, and the opportunity to grow in a collaborative pediatric environment. Position Overview The SLP-CF will provide evaluation and therapy services to pediatric clients in an outpatient clinic setting. This role is ideal for a new graduate who is passionate about working with children and wants to develop strong clinical skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities The SLP-CF will:

Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services to children Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs Complete required documentation, progress notes, reports, and scheduling preparation Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals Participate in team discussions regarding client progress and treatment planning Maintain confidential client records in accordance with professional and regulatory standards Potentially attend IEP, MDT, or 504 meetings when relevant to client care Qualifications Successful candidates will have: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship under ASHA guidelines Massachusetts state licensure or eligibility for licensure Interest in pediatric outpatient therapy Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills A desire to learn, grow, and be part of a supportive clinical team What We Offer Supportive CF supervision Pediatric outpatient clinical experience Collaborative team environment Accessible clinical leadership Full-time opportunity Career growth within CBS Therapy Group Full suite of Fortune 500-level benefits Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, eager to learn, and excited to work with children and families in a pediatric outpatient setting.
