Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) -
Full-Time LTC Therapy:
Blackstone Valley Health & Rehabilitation Whitinsville, MA $43-$46/hour LTC Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team at Blackstone Valley Health & Rehabilitation. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care while helping improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.
Position Responsibilities:
Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident goals and clinical findings Provide therapy services focused on communication skills, cognitive function, and dysphagia management Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families to support resident care plans Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment strategies as appropriate Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
