Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact in the educational journey of students across K-12 grades in the Pittsfield area. This full-time, contract Speech-Language Pathology opportunity offers multiple openings onsite, supporting diverse caseloads at various locations. School-based SLPs as well as SLPAs and travel professionals are encouraged to apply, bringing their expertise and passion for student-centered care to a dynamic educational environment.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current CCC-SLP certification (for SLP applicants) State licensure in Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain prior to start date Experience working with K-12 populations in a school setting preferred Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams Open to early-career professionals and experienced
SLPs/SLPAs Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct therapy services to students with communication and language disorders across all grades Engage families and teachers in developing targeted strategies for student success Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support each student's needs This role is ideal for SLPs and SLPAs eager to grow their clinical skills within a supportive school-based environment, while serving a variety of student needs.
