$70/hour Make a Difference in Students' Lives We are seeking motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K-12 students, with a strong need at the elementary level. This is a rewarding opportunity to help students build communication skills that directly impact their academic success and confidence. Position Overview In this school-based role, you will: Conduct comprehensive student evaluations Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Provide and document speech-language therapy services aligned with care plans and physician orders Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Ensure all documentation and services meet professional and regulatory standards Schedule & Flexibility Full-time and part-time options available Up to 37.5 hours per week Schedule may vary based on school needs and candidate preference Student Population K-12 caseload Majority of needs at the elementary school level Qualifications Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of assignment (required) CCC-SLP preferred (may be required depending on assignment) Compliance with all professional standards of practice Current CPR certification (if applicable) Completion of TB screening and health certification (as required) Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Work Environment & Details School-based setting Timekeeping system: MaxView Interview required as part of the hiring process Supportive, team-focused environment with a strong emphasis on student success Why This Role Stands Out ?
