Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into an impactful role working with students across the PreK-12 spectrum in a school setting. This contract opportunity offers the chance to provide dedicated speech and language services for a diverse caseload, helping young learners flourish in their communication goals. The schedule provides work-life balance, with four-day workweeks (Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM), and a manageable 20-hour workweek.
Qualifications and Experience Desired:
Valid and active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts Certification as
SLP - CCC, SLP
- CFY, or equivalent credential Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred Comfortable supporting PreK-12 students with a range of communication needs Strong collaboration and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to a PreK-12 caseload Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff Document sessions accurately and maintain compliance with state/federal guidelines Adapt interventions and strategies to support individual learning needs within the school environment
