In this role, you'll support K-8 students by helping them develop communication skills essential for academic success and social participation. Job Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive student assessments to identify speech and language needs Develop measurable, student-centered goals aligned with IEPs Actively participate in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations and progress updates Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students across a K-8 caseload Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Track progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines

Setting:
