School Speech Therapist | Stoneham, Massachusetts Sunbelt Staffing - 3.8 Stoneham, MA Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $33 - $65 an hour 14 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Qualifications Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Master's degree Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact as a Speech Language Pathologist working onsite at an elementary level in the Stoneham, MA area. This contract position offers flexibility for either full or part-time hours, and gives you the opportunity to deliver essential services to students who rely on your expertise. In this role, you'll work directly with an elementary caseload, collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy. Your work will help students build confidence and communication skills that will benefit them for a lifetime.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current NC Language Pathologist License (as required for the discipline) Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration abilities Ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for studentsKey Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students onsite Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations Design individualized treatment plans based on student needs Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and federal guidelines Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to support students Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reviewsBenefits:
