Job Description

Speech and Language Nook Therapy Center Sturbridge, MA | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule About Us Speech and Language Nook Therapy Center is a pediatric private practice dedicated to providing high-quality, family-centered speech and language services. We specialize in speech and language disorders, social communication, executive functioning, emergent language skills, autism spectrum disorders, and orofacial myofunctional therapy (OMT). Our mission is to create a supportive environment where children thrive and families feel empowered. Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our growing private practice on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and families, values individualized care, and enjoys being part of a supportive team environment. Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy services. Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including evaluation reports, treatment notes, and progress reports. Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals as needed. Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities. Educate caregivers on strategies to support communication skills at home. Maintain compliance with state licensure and professional standards. Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology License. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with pediatric populations. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Experience with social communication, language disorders, autism spectrum disorders (ASD), AAC Interest in feeding and myofunctional therapy is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation.
