Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Baltimore, MD Area | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | Summer 2026 and 2026-2027 School Year Soliant is seeking Speech Language Pathologists for school-based opportunities throughout the Baltimore area. We are partnering with local school districts to identify dedicated clinicians who are passionate about helping students strengthen communication skills and achieve success both inside and outside the classroom. Openings are available for both summer assignments and the upcoming 2026-2027 school year, with opportunities across a variety of grade levels and educational settings. Pay Range:
$35-$55 per hour Potential for assignment extensions and future opportunities Compensation is based on experience, credentials, assignment requirements, and district budget. Essential Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals Provide direct and indirect speech-language services Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation Support compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Maryland SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply Strong communication and organizational skills School-based experience preferred but not required What We Offer Flexible scheduling options Opportunities across multiple school settings Collaborative educational environments Dedicated recruiter support throughout the hiring process Meaningful work helping students achieve communication goals Benefits Benefits available for eligible employees Apply Today Soliant is actively interviewing Speech Language Pathologists for school-based opportunities throughout the Baltimore region.
