| School Based Openings Soliant•3.9 Bel Air, MD Job Details Full-time From $40 an hour 6 days ago Benefits Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Soliant is seeking school based Speech Language Pathologists and a Speech Language Pathology Assistant for multiple openings for the 2026-2027 school year. These full time onsite opportunities offer stable school-year schedules supporting students across various district locations.
Open Positions:
Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)•3 openings Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)•1 opening
Position Overview:
Assignment dates: September 2, 2026•June 17, 2027
Full-time:
37.5 hours per week School sites and caseloads: TBD Age groups and student needs: TBD Onsite only (virtual services not available) School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students Support evaluations, documentation, and IEP implementation Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district/state guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and student support planning
Qualifications:
Active Maryland professional licensure required SLP candidates must hold CCCs SLPA candidates must hold active Maryland SLPA credentials Strong communication and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred
Work Hours:
37.5 hours per week Standard school-day schedule
Employment Type:
Contract•W2
Compensation:
SLP (CCC): Starting at $52+/hour DOE (average ~$54/hour depending on years of experience)
SLPA:
Starting at $40+/hour DOE (average ~$44/hour depending on years of experience)
