Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) for a full-time opportunity in our skilled nursing facility. This position is designed to provide strong mentorship, hands-on clinical experience, and a supportive environment to help you successfully complete your Clinical Fellowship Year.

What You'll Do:

Complete speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations under supervision Provide individualized therapy treatments for communication, cognition, and dysphagia needs Work closely with residents, families, and interdisciplinary rehab teams Build clinical skills in documentation, Medicare guidelines, and treatment planning Receive ongoing mentorship and support throughout your CFY experience
