Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid CCC-SLP certification Experience in school-based settings and/or healthcare environments preferred Familiarity with screening, assessment, intervention, IEP development, and record-keeping Comfort with onsite-only therapeutic delivery (no teletherapy) Effective communicator with students, families, and school personnelKey Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized therapy to students with speech and language needs Assist teachers in identifying and referring students with communication challenges Conduct assessments, screenings, and diagnoses Develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans/IEPs Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide modifications and consultations Maintain thorough, compliant records and documentation Engage parents and provide inservice training to staffBenefits & Perks:
