Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a difference every day by supporting elementary students as a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist in a school-based setting. This contract opportunity offers the flexibility to choose between full-time or part-time hours, working onsite and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide essential services to young learners. You'll work with elementary-aged students, using your expertise to evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans that foster communication and language development. With access to resources and mentorship, this is an ideal position for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows looking to expand their skills in a supportive environment. What you'll need: Active Maryland Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License ASHA Certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP) or eligibility to begin Clinical Fellowship (CF) Strong background working with pediatric or school-based caseloads Passion for helping elementary students reach their communication goals Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other school professionals Key responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary school students in an onsite setting Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain progress records, documentation, and communication with families and team members Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving and planning Stay current with best practices in school-based speech pathology Perks and benefits: Competitive weekly pay package Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage 401(k) retirement savings plan Ongoing mentorship from a Clinical Advisory Team Access to professional development and continuing education opportunities If you're passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of students and are ready to advance your career, we invite you to apply today.
