About Us Hallmark Therapeutic Services is a growing, family-centered pediatric therapy practice dedicated to supporting children's communication, social-emotional development, and overall functional independence. We provide speech therapy, social skills groups, and STEAM-based enrichment, and are expanding into a multidisciplinary model that includes occupational therapy. We are passionate about mentoring the next generation of clinicians and creating a supportive, collaborative environment where Clinical Fellows can grow into confident, skilled providers. Position Overview Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Fellow in Speech-Language Pathology (CF-SLP), where you will embark on a rewarding journey to develop your expertise in pediatric speech therapy and patient care. This paid fellowship offers an immersive, hands-on experience working with diverse pediatric populations, including early intervention and school-aged children. Under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists, you will refine your skills in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention while building a strong clinical foundation for independent practice. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments with supervision using standardized tools and clinical observations Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans targeting speech, language, social communication, and related disorders Provide engaging, play-based therapy sessions tailored to pediatric clients Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies to support optimal outcomes Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary team members (e.g., OT, teachers) Educate families on strategies to support communication development at home and in daily routines Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, treatment plans, and session notes Participate in supervision meetings, feedback sessions, and ongoing professional development Clinical Areas May Include Articulation and phonological disorders Receptive and expressive language delays Social communication skills Early language development AAC exposure (training provided if needed) Feeding and swallowing (based on experience and interest) Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Eligible for Maryland licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CF) Demonstrated interest or experience working with pediatric populations (clinic, school, or early intervention) Strong foundational knowledge of speech and language development, anatomy, and physiology Familiarity with assessment tools and evidence-based intervention practices Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow within a supportive environment What We Offer Structured supervision aligned with ASHA Clinical Fellowship requirements Supportive mentorship focused on skill-building and clinical confidence Gradual caseload ramp-up to support a successful transition into independent practice Flexible scheduling options Competitive compensation Access to therapy materials and resources Opportunities for long-term growth within the practice Why Join Hallmark Therapeutic Services?
