School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Windsor Mill, Maryland

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. You'll engage with a caseload of 23 students, ranging in age from 8 to 21, who may present with a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs. Some students may also display verbal or physical aggression, so your calm, compassionate, and adaptive approach will be essential.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP Previous experience in school settings preferred Familiarity with strategies for working with students exhibiting behavioral challenges Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
