You'll collaborate closely with educators and related service providers to design and deliver unified, evidence-based interventions across the school day. You will be responsible for providing staff training, consultation and collaborative coaching regarding speech and language intervention for students with autism spectrum disorder in the areas of expressive language, receptive language, pragmatics, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), articulation and voice. Daily collaboration on a multidisciplinary team including Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Special Education Teachers, OT, other SLPs, and PT. This is an 11-month, full-time position in a supportive environment for experienced clinicians or Clinical Fellows (CFs). Qualifications Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology and Maryland licensure Clinical experience with autistic students and students with related developmental disabilities Experience or willingness to work within a transdisciplinary team delivering school‑based speech‑language therapy services in an ABA classroom AAC assessment and intervention experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time‑management, flexibility, and ability to implement feedback Responsibilities Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and RBTs to design and monitor communication programming Conduct observations, skill probes, and assessments to inform IEPs and intervention planning Provide staff training and in‑the‑moment coaching on speech, language, social communication, and AAC strategies Develop IEP goals and recommendations in speech, language, and social communication areas Support students using AAC by designing, updating, modeling, and training on communication systems Deliver direct intervention and support individual communication programming across the school day, including implementing individualized behavior intervention plans Design and facilitate communication‑focused classroom groups
