In this role, you will be supporting and enhancing our integrated services model by delivering and supervising Applied Behavior Analysis that is individualized, collaborative, and aligned with our mission of providing a refined, high-touch experience for every family. We work together across ABA and Speech within our integrated model to contribute to a holistic experience that calms the chaos for families navigating a new autism diagnosis. Together, we cultivate a clinical team that is empowered and independent, operating with professionalism, clear communication, and a shared commitment to delivering an elevated client experience. The Difference You'll Be Making:
As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll be helping to practice, enhance, and carry out our integrated ABA and speech model, focused on building real independence for children and lasting confidence for their families. Your work directly supports children as they practice meaningful skills in small-group environments designed to mirror real-world moments, not adult-led scripts. You will equip clients and parents with the tools, skills, and support they need to move toward meaningful independence, expand what's possible for each child, and create greater confidence and calm for every family we serve. Registered Behavior Technician Experience:
You are a licensed BCBA who pairs clinical precision with composure, warmth, and professionalism. You understand that exceptional care is both data-driven and deeply human. Active BCBA certification with licensure in Maryland Current CPR certification Experience serving children with autism spectrum disorder, with early intervention experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills that build clarity and confidence for families Ability to collaborate seamlessly within an integrated ABA and Speech model Genuine commitment to empowering children and cultivating calm, confidence, and independence for families
