Monday-Friday | School-Based Hours Make a Difference in Students' Lives While Enjoying Flexibility We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality therapy services within Maryland schools. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who wants the consistency of a full-time school schedule while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy of a contractor role. As part of our school-based therapy team, you will collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to support students in developing the skills needed to participate, learn, and thrive in the classroom and beyond. Compensation $80-$90 per hour (Contractor Rate) Full-time school hours available Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Position Highlights ✅ Full-time school-based schedule ✅ Consistent weekday hours ✅ Opportunity to support students across a variety of needs and age groups ✅ Collaborative partnership with teachers, families, and school teams ✅ Independence and flexibility that comes with a contractor role Speech Therapist Responsibilities Provide speech therapy evaluations, assessments, and treatment services for students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student success Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with school and professional standards Participate as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting student outcomes Qualifications Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology Active Maryland Speech Therapy license Experience working with children preferred School-based experience preferred but not required Why Join Our Team?
