Current SLP license in MD/VA. Experience in a skilled nursing or short-term rehab setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for patient-centered care Requires proficiency in technology-driven patient care and HRIS and timekeeping/attendance software. Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English Major Duties and Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's rehab goals. Collaborate with other therapy professionals to provide comprehensive care. Document patient progress in compliance with state and federal regulations.
