Job Description

Join our team as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist and apply your skills to improve communication and swallowing for patients in a skilled nursing facility. A recruiter will contact qualified applicants with additional details. Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Active Maryland SLP license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred. Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment preferred. Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation in post-acute settings preferred.
Assignment Details Facility Type:
Skilled Nursing Facility. Location Highlights White Plains, MD offers convenient access to both urban and outdoor attractions within short drives. Annapolis and the Chesapeake Bay are approximately 30-45 minutes away, providing boating, waterfront dining, and sailing opportunities. The area is within about an hour of Baltimore and Washington, D.C., offering museums, professional sports, and theater districts. Local outdoor options include Patuxent River Park and regional trails within 30 minutes, supporting hiking and birdwatching for an active lifestyle.
