Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for the upcoming full school year. Based near picturesque Naples, ME, this full-time role lets you make a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic growth across all grade levels. Your expertise in speech-language pathology will help foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment. You'll collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to deliver individualized care and evidence-based interventions designed to help students achieve their fullest potential.
Qualifications and Experience Desired:
Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP Experience working with school-aged children, preferably across K-12 settings Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative team work Ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and therapy goals
Role Responsibilities:
Assess and identify speech, language, voice, and communication disorders in students Design and implement individualized treatment plans for students on your caseload Document progress and maintain timely, accurate records in accordance with district and regulatory standards Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom environments Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions as appropriate for students' needs Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development and reviews This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy a full school-year contract, working with a diverse student population in a supportive educational setting.
