Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Imagine making a meaningful impact in the lives of students while expanding your expertise in a vibrant educational environment. We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or Clinical Fellow) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide high-quality therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students, with a primary focus on elementary grades. This full-time contract position offers a dynamic, supportive workplace where your skills in pediatric, teletherapy, and healthcare settings are highly valued.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Active licensure as an SLP (CCC/CFY) or SLPA Experience working in school and/or healthcare environments Strong background in pediatric and elementary caseload management Skill in both on-site and teletherapy service delivery Dedication to fostering student growth and success Excellent collaboration and communication abilities Compassion and adaptability in diverse educational settings
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and participation Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing program improvement initiatives Serve as an advocate and resource for students' communication needs, primarily at the elementary school level, but with opportunities for K-12 engagement
