Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic school-based role that lets your skills as a Speech-Language Pathologist make a real difference in students' lives. Work on a contract basis supporting children and adolescents with diverse speech and language needs. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) with appropriate school experience Prior experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is a plus Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with students, families, and colleagues Demonstrated capacity for both independent work and effective teamwork
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders Design and implement individualized treatment plans Provide tailored therapy sessions aimed at achieving language and speech targets Track progress and document outcomes with accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and health professionals to support student success Educate and involve families throughout the therapy process to maximize outcomes Take advantage of a professionally rewarding setting that credits your expertise and encourages ongoing professional growth through access to advisory support from experienced, in-state SLPs.
