Speech Language Pathologist Speech Language Pathologist Capac, Michigan Contract Mar 19, 2026 Are you an exceptional SLP with a passion for making a difference? ESS Clinical is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Capac Community Schools! You would be scheduled for 15 hours per week to support elementary caseloads. We partner with local public schools to offer the perfect balance of a smaller practice within a rewarding school schedule. Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (Provisional) State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Experience in school-based setting preferred but not required W2

Role Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' individual needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote students' academic and social success Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Join a team that is run by therapists for therapists!
