Job Description
Description Our mission-driven team is seeking a Speech Therapist to support children with autism in developing speech, language, and cognitive skills. You'll work with patients under 6, creating individualized treatment plans, leading therapy sessions, tracking progress, and coaching families to support continued growth at home. - Track progress and update treatment plans as needed.
- Perform thorough assessments to evaluate patients' communication and cognitive skills.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve children's communication skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.

- Understanding of speech and language anatomy.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Prior experience with pediatric populations, preferably in autism therapy.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth.
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with relevant credentials.
- Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques, interventions, and Gestalt Language Processing.
- Experience in pediatric or autism-focused therapy preferred.
- Knowledge of speech and language anatomy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with relevant credentials.
