What You'll Do (The Impact You'll Make) As a vital part of our pediatric team, you won't just run drills, you'll change trajectories. On any given day, you will:
Evaluate & Empower:
Accurately diagnose speech and language disorders, designing creative, developmentally appropriate therapy programs tailored to each child's unique personality. Track the
Breakthroughs:
Keep meticulous, accurate records of children's speech and language development, celebrating and documenting their milestones. Connect the
Dots:
Act as the ultimate advocate for your patients by collaborating seamlessly with parents, pediatricians, teachers, and community agencies.
Guide & Support:
Provide real-world support and education to families, helping them integrate communication strategies into their daily routines. Who You Are We are looking for a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist who understands the unique magic and patience required for pediatric therapy.
The Essentials:
You possess a deep, practical understanding of childhood language acquisition and developmental disorders.
The Experience:
You are a fully licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. (Please note: We are unable to consider Clinical Fellows (CFs) for this specific opening).
