Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Michigan is required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) must be current Previous experience in school settings, serving diverse student populations, is strongly preferred Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively across Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School levels Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environmentsResponsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver direct/indirect therapy for students with speech and language needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state standards Provide consultation and resources for classroom teachers and families Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and ongoing professional development Adapt and modify interventions based on individual student progress and needs This contract position offers the chance to make a tangible difference throughout the school community, expand your skills across various age groups, and establish impactful relationships with students and staff.
