Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity dedicated to empowering students and making a direct impact in their lives! We're seeking 9 enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologists ready to inspire success across diverse age groups for the upcoming 26/27 academic year. As a full-time contractor, you'll play a vital role throughout the school year, working 37.5 hours per week with a schedule aligned to standard school calendars. Ideal applicants will demonstrate flexibility, compassion, and professionalism, bringing either a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be a Clinical Fellow (CFY). Your passion for helping students develop essential communication skills will make all the difference!
Preferred Qualifications:
Active SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain one CCC-SLP or CFY status accepted Previous school-based or pediatric experience valued, but not required Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills Comfortable adapting intervention approaches for different age groups Willingness to work full-time, with a commitment from the start to the end of the school year
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and provide direct therapy Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals Document progress, maintain compliance with all regulations, and manage caseload efficiently Adapt services based on student needs and preferences for assigned age groups Participate in meetings, team planning, and professional development throughout the contract period This is not just a job—it's a chance to see your work reflected in students' growth, all while enjoying the support of a strong educational community.
