Job Description

School-based Speech‑Language Pathologists will work full‑time or part‑time in Detroit, Michigan for a 39‑week contract, providing individualized therapy and collaborating with school staff to support student success.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and develop individualized educational plans for students Provide speech‑language therapy sessions within school settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success Document progress and maintain accurate records Maintain compliance with school and state regulations
Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) or equivalent Current state licensure and certification to practice as an SLP Minimum of 1 year of experience as an SLP, preferably in school settings Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively Background check clearance and comfort working in a school environment
