Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Michigan required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is mandatory Experience working with students in Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School settings is highly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively with students, families, and staff Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to ever-changing school needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy services to students across a diverse age range, tailoring interventions to individual needs Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor students' progress toward IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster a supportive atmosphere for student growth Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations Attend IEP meetings and provide input on students' communication needs and progress As a valued member of the school community, you'll have the chance to witness and contribute to students' growth firsthand, making a tangible difference each day.
