Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential support within a school setting located in Garden City, MI. This contract position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop critical communication skills in an educational environment.
Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification, including CCC or CFY credentials Experience working within school settings preferred Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in children Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, educators, and families
Location:
Garden City, Michigan Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Monitor progress and adjust therapies as necessary Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student communication goals Potentially provide services during Extended School Year (ESY) sessions if needed
