What You'll Do:
  • + Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech therapy plans of care + Perform initial and ongoing assessments in accordance with OASIS guidelines + Provide speech-language therapy services in the home setting + Educate patients and caregivers on communication, swallowing, and cognitive strategies + Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members + Adjust care plans and request physician orders as needed + Ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation •What to
Expect:

What You'll Need:
  • + Master's degree from an accredited educational program in Language Pathology + Current, unrestricted SLP license in the state of work + Minimum one (1) year of experience as a SLP in a clinical care setting + Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area.
+ Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment + Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws. + Must be able and willing to travel 50%
