PM Hours:
37.5 hours/week (All billable) Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a short-term, school-based assignment supporting middle school students. This role offers a structured and collaborative environment focused on delivering effective speech and language services.
Key Details Setting:
Middle School (Liberty Middle School)
Caseload:
~58 students
Schedule:
5 x 7.5-hour days
Duration:
6 weeks (extension possible) Key Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Participate in IEP meetings and goal setting Maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with school staff and families Monitor and adjust therapy plans Ensure compliance with school guidelines Required Qualifications Active Michigan SLP License (in hand) Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology School-based experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of IEP processes Preferred Qualifications Experience with middle school students Ability to adapt in short-term assignments Familiarity with school-based therapy tools For more details contact athdavda@navitashealth.comor Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
