Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Empower students with your speech-language expertise as a contract SLP-CCC, making a difference for learners near Rochester, MI. Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Active state licensure (or eligibility) as required for school-based SLP practice Experience providing speech and language services in school settings is strongly preferred Ability to provide comprehensive evaluations and design evidence-based treatment plans Collaborative and flexible communication style with staff, families, and students Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environmentKey Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within the school age population Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services Track student progress, document interventions, and maintain required records Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise to support student learning goals and compliance Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers for holistic student developmentBenefits & Perks:
