Job Description:
Our mission-driven team is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support children with autism in developing speech, language, and cognitive skills. You will work primarily with children under 7, creating individualized treatment plans, leading therapy sessions, tracking progress, and coaching families to support continued growth at home. Compensation:
$75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans tailored to each child's unique strengths, needs, and goals. Collaborate closely with occupational therapists and behavior analysts to support a comprehensive, team-based approach to development. Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure meaningful outcomes. Partner with families by providing guidance and practical strategies to reinforce therapy goals at home. Maintain thorough, accurate documentation to support continuity of care and track each child's progress. Participate in team meetings to share insights, problem-solve, and contribute to a collaborative clinic environment. Stay current with best practices, research, and evidence-based techniques to continually strengthen clinical impact.
Qualifications:
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing. Understanding of speech and language anatomy. Experience in pediatric or autism-focused therapy preferred. Committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Knowledge of speech and language anatomy. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
