Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications and Skills:
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required Previous experience working with school-age children highly preferred Knowledge of conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing individualized therapy plans Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities Adaptable to working in diverse educational settings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students as referred Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans in line with student needs Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with parents, teachers, and educational staff Deliver direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation for all therapy activities and progress Provide support and training to teachers, aides, and families to foster student communication skills Stay current with best practices and continuing education relevant to school-based SLP services This opportunity invites you to combine your clinical skills and passion for student achievement within a supportive school environment.
